WHOLE BODY BOOTCAMP
-  March 8 - April 9
Presidio Park - Old Town Mission

       5:15 PM - 6:15 PM              

   
The Whole Body Bootcamp consists of Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Training, Cardio, Calisthenics and Core Training as well as Agility and Balance Drills.  Each Wednesday we will spend some time running, either sprinting agility drills or an endurance workout.   Equipment used in group Boocamps will include Resistance Bands and Free Weights.  
This Program was designed to tone up your entire body, working isolated muscles while keeping the core engaged.  We keep our heart rates up doing cardio and calisthenics drills in between the resistance sets, this is a great way to make sure we are burning as many calories as possible.  Doing these types of drills is the key to having a toned body.  The cardio aspect of the workout allows you to burn calories at a higher rate; toning up parts of your body raises your metabolism and bumps up your calorie burning rate throughout the day, even while resting.


PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED at your Physical Readiness Evaluation or on the first day of BootCamp (Cash or Checks) after filling out a Health and Physical Readiness Questionnaire.  If you are unable to complete any BootCamp, sessions will be applied to another program.  Make Checks out to "Joshua Arden" or "Arden Fitness Training."

DIRECTIONS TO THE PARK:
From the 8: Take the Exit towards Taylor St. (Right on Taylor Street)
Make the next left onto Presidio Dr. 
Turn left again and head up the hill (staying on Presidio Dr.)
Parking will be on your right - just below the Old Mission
