Arden Fitness Training
OUR PROGRAM
Arden Fitness Training is a local organization for the San Diego Beach Communities, which provides personal training services in the forms of Group Fitness and Personal Training. The programs offered range from Whole Body Bootcamps and 5K Prep Courses to In-home training and private swimming or tennis lessons. The workouts provided will not be using heavy weights or weight machines, unless specifically demanded. However, our programs will challenge all participants on any level - and workout their entire bodies.
When signing up for a Training Bootcamp or a Training Package, Arden Fitness Training will provide you with necessary Nutritional Information from the latest research, Important Stretching and Recovery Guidelines as well as Feedback from trainers through E-mail.
OUR GOAL
Our intentions here at Arden Fitness Training are simple. We want to inspire people to lead the healthiest lifestyles they can by participating in fun and challenging workouts, focusing on daily nutrition and understanding the body's amazing ability to adapt and recover.
